Pros
They have a good health plan. They carry a bench except when times are tough. They will pay for certication testing.
Cons
They offer limited opportunity for growth. A large percentage of the bench has been let go several times in the past during slow periods.

hard work doesn't pay off.
Advice to Senior Management
certain manager screw up the company and no respect to subordinate. People leaves the company once the market is good because of this reason.

friendly people they want to succeed but overall they lack a solid plan for execution. compensation was good but commission was a challenge

commission is always wrong constantly changing direction and message sales is not their priority as a management team always defer to ops
Advice to Senior Management
recognize talent that you have on hand quit promoting people because they live in or near detroit. figure out what you are going to sell create realistic quotas. when 80% of your sales staff do not meet quota something is wrong

Promotion is non existance. Not unless you work in Detroit. No matter how hard you try.
Advice to Senior Management
Management in Detroit. Please put an effort talking to your remote employee more then once a month.

Great opportunity to work on cutting edge technology, including a wide range of open source. Good coworkers.
Cons
They will work you to death. Deadlines vary between unreasonable and insane. Overtime is generally expected, and it is not really rewarded.

Reward your employees more, or they will take all the great experience you've given them and find a better paying and easier job elsewhere.
