Great people and wonderful customer base. Collaborative and innovative.

    Cons

Stopped listening to the #1 assests, the customer. Took thier eye off the ball and stopped being innovative. Lost all the good people assets too.

    Pros

I see there are multiple opportunities. The reputation is good from what I see thus far.

    Cons

Im looking at the Website, Leadership pictures and the company photo. Where are the African Americans. That's very odd. Considering you're in an urban based city. You may want to look into that.

    Advice to Management

I believe I have covered in. That factor is a strong to the experienced and talented people of color. And in not referring any of Asian and India decent. They are are accepted as Caucasian if not more. Just a thought

    Pros

Good benefits Nice upper management Great work-life balance. I was able to leave everyday at 5 p.m. Rarely took work home with me.

    Cons

No room for growth. Messy management structure Classic corporate culture. Great for people not looking to make friends at work. For a young professional it might seem a little boring day-to-day.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Compuware full-time

    Pros

The company, despite it's 40 year history, is humming and buzzing like a startup. If you have the drive and interest in being a part of something special, this is a good place. The purpose of the company is crystal clear, to focus on mainframe clients and help them generate value.

    Cons

Very few, if any. Great place to work, even long-time employees are seeing the benefits of shedding the old way of doing business.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course, keep creating new reasons for us to see clients and create value for them.
