Good Technology base and Technically great people

Senior Management and to listen more and treat people with more respect, Not cancelling leave then taking time off themselves

Advice to Senior Management

Believe in your people and invest more time in training and recognition. You should compensate all staff properly not just the sales people and keep morale high. Practice what you preach
