    Pros

ConAgra provides excellent brands, and plenty of internal opportunities for growth experiences for your next position elsewhere.

    Cons

For aggressive, career-minded people, ConAgra will be frustrating at time. The size procedure driven culture offers a safe haven for 'career' employees, but will be difficult for aggressive professionals to navigate through without rocking the boat.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great vision and goals by CEO, but serious leadership team deficiencies. Good 'ole boy network dominates promotions and stifles growth of the business - all seems to start near the top.
