Dynamic company to work for. Going through major growth cycle with good future prospect to grow further. Down to earth management with approachable style.

    Cons

Missing clear business strategy. Certain parts of organization are not very mature.

    Advice to Management

Get strategic business plan into place and communicated to all employees. Try to focus on getting basics into place and ensure the commitment to maturing the organization systematically.

    Cons

the downsides of the job where the break times the vacation time slots they had and it wasn't really ran in a constructed manner the team leads didn't follow the rules an regulations of the rules we all had

    Advice to Management

Do a better job in picking select personnel to hire for job so staff will be a better help to new comers and potential workers of the company.

    Pros

No strong organizational or matrix structure, so there are opportunities to be creative, nimble and do what needs to be done.

    Cons

Struggling to create a strong and unified company after the acquisition of IBM's CRM division in 2014. Much of the leadership is still silo'd between IBM and Concentrix legacy. Leadership does not seem to be working together or focusing on being a strong organization. Executive leadership is still trying to function as though they are still 4k employees, instead of 35k.

    Advice to Management

Get your organization solid and supported quickly. Identify the "Concentrix Culture". Make sure all employees clearly understand where they are in the company structure, what responsibilities they hold, and ensure executive leadership is focused on the key financial drivers.

    Pros

Some good people working there. Not much else to say for the "pros" section.

    Cons

Only a handful of the people there know what they are doing. The Amazon project is a joke. People not getting paid, 1/2 of the training is good, the other half, not so much. SOME of the Team Leads are good, professional, knowledgable and willing to help. The rest are there taking up space. There is no break room...it's more like a small room with no coffee, a fridge that makes lunches disappear (usually stolen) and vending machines that are high.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the people that you hire. Many that have left didn't leave because of all the drama, but simply because they felt like they were not appreciated. And get a coffee machine for crying out loud. That does not cost a lot of money.
