I have been working at Concentrix

    Pros

I applied for Seasonal Tax Advisor - Work from Home position. The hiring process was simple, once I passed the online skills assessment (approximately 2 hours). Upon passing, I received a schedule for a couple of phone interviews. The whole process took 2 weeks.

    Cons

    E-mail correspondence was often repetitive.

I have been working at Concentrix

    Pros

Concentrix, would be a good place to work if management would be handled better, so at this time no pros.

    Cons

I worked there for limited time, there management and payroll is are all handled via email. Communication is a big issue... Every payroll I ever received had to be mailed out and never received on time, then once direct deposit was set up for the following payroll there was another error

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on communication with your employees, seem more available, and show you appreciate them. Words are empty coming to some via email on a error and even worse when that error continues to happen. Communication with employees are key, so my advice to keep employees and not just sometime employees work on your people skills...and right now if you reading this your listening skills...

    Pros

Friendly place to work. They constantly look for feedback and give you the impression they actually hear you. There are events and constant team building

    Cons

There is no consistency , follow through or real communication. There is a lack of professionalism that is sacrificed in their zeal to drive results. Favored management is never held accountable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise your level of expectations with each other . Open lines of communication with everyone and follow through. Remember you will get what you expect.

I have been working at Concentrix full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    None, not one positive statement

    Cons

This entire company is a complete JOKE this organization is overrun with poor, untrained, uneducated, sloppy, careless managers. The company is so overloaded with worthless monitoring programs to babysit their employees they are all obsolete at introduction and it leaves their managers running around in circles like a tornado Children who just graduated kindergarten have a better grip on realities of life and work environments. I have never encountered a more confused and out of control organization, never. Pay and compensation programs change every month. Complete Joke.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up, treat employees with gratitude. Don;t continue to hide in your closed office. It's OK to talk to and communicate with what is a real person and works to drive success. You managers are just puppets for some other flunkies.

Former Employee - IOS Senior Advisor for Apple in Boulder, CO
Former Employee - IOS Senior Advisor for Apple in Boulder, CO

I worked at Concentrix full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

They take care of their employees and provide good benefits,

    Cons

Their HR leaves a lot to be desired, they don't review their applications and terminate employees after a background check without reviewing the application they submitted to view that there were felonies in the background in the first place. Several employees were terminated that disclosed their felonies before hand but a month later were terminated, because no one reviewed their applications. Additionally when asked about their policy for hiring felons beforehand the HR person that was present said they were understanding about them, and again, a month later, they still terminated employees with these felonies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Perhaps viewing an application before hand would save people an unnecessary trip to HR, also, perhaps reviewing hiring practices and perhaps, your SOW, your client, in this case Apple, does not prohibit the hiring of felons.
