    Laid back, good benefits (expensive though), casual dress, flexible schedule, good people

    Cons

    No advancement opportunities, no pay advancement, expensive insurance-company doesn't help at all with premiums, technology issues.

    Advice to Management

    Retain an IT Administrator and make them happy. Look at increasing pay for sales team, spend more time with your employees

    Work from Home Mostly flexible with scheduling.

    Cons

    Tech issues happen, but they like to blame it on your internet. No clear direction...things change in an instant.

    Relaxed office environment. Flexible Schedule

    Never get paid on time or the correct amount. Management is nonexistent. No room to advance.

    Ok Pay Benefits Working with Apple products

    Cons

    Poor training Issues with paychecks Won't work with other schedules (on application and in interview told recruitment about school, did not use information when scheduling for shifts) Poor communication

    Advice to Management

    Have better training Use information provided by applicants to avoid scheduling issues Be consistent with workers as far as communication

    Work from home is the only good thing about this company

    Lack of proper management, terrible support during nesting

    Advice to Management

    Provide better support options when placing new agents on the phone. Instead of throwing them in a chat with hundreds of others causing your questions to get skipped and then the customer hanga up
