“Board lacks clarity!”
Former Employee – worked at Concept Healthcare Solutions full-time for less than a year
Pros – Excellent concept in providing quality healthcare services
Cons – Dissonance amongst partners (internal & external) as to how to deploy. Company is financially and strategically weak despite being in the Indian subcontinent for close to two decades. Board lacks clarity in business operations, model and management structure.
Advice to Senior Management – Telemedicine is not for you!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
