    Pros

    great and smart people.

    Cons

Jason Hinton, the owner of the firm, spent all the company`s funds at nightclubs and gentlemen clubs. Most of the staff was not paid last three months before the bankruptcy. Stay away!

The company is full of peaks and valleys. In many ways, the company is still finding its way.

    Pros

Rapid rise as a strategic communications leader because of nimble and innovative ideas. Also, the company has a very diverse staff.

    Cons

Leadership at the very top at times lacks focus and discipline, and doesn't communicate well with the staff. Too much instability at CEO level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much micro management at the very top. The senior executives and managers are capable and competent and should be allowed to perform.

    Pros

Good opportunity for entry-level employees looking to get some ground-level experience and exposure. Decent compensation (until they started drastically low-balling people).

    Cons

Several. As has been said, this company has terrible management and HR, with a culture built on mistrust, lies, and incompetence. I would never subject somebody I know to this company or its "leadership." Quite literally one of the worst employee/employer relationships I've ever witnessed or heard about from others. Moreover, there is absolutely no focus put on career development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have a company because of the people who work for you. Read these reviews. Do you think you did a good job showing your appreciation of your people; both as employees and simply as people? My advice would be to get out of this business now (assuming that isn't the default situation given your newly-established reputation), and rethink whether or not your business model really works in the real world.

    Pros

    1-Good compensation,
    2-Good benefits
3-Process you for a security clearance

    Cons

1- This company has a very corporate structure that does not enpower employees and only looks at its own interests.
2- This company has always had issues with its Prime contractors and is under investigation by government personnel.
3- This company sent out mass emails saying that they may not be paying employees but employees should still come in to work!
4- This company announced paycuts over emails without any explanation and request for feedback.
5- The human resources of this company is what you will have to watch out for. My friend got an offer from this company, he packed up to move to Tampa and spent money on transportation, a few days before his start date, they rescinded the offer. Human resources has a very callous behaviour towards people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A company is nothing if it's employees dont trust it. Please focus on enpowering individuals rather than cutting corners.

    Pros

Benefits, Project of Focus, Paid Time Off

    Cons

Inconsistent and unethical human resources; a culture of mis-trust with management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees are not just a number. They are people - your people. They are what makes the programs you chief, and they deserve respect over threats.

I have been working at Concepts & Strategies | ConStrat full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Compensation is competitive, good benefits and paid time off, consistent working hours, some very talented and knowledgeable employees, interesting problem sets. Good for people at the onset of their careers.

    Cons

Recent "company-wide" pay cut that stems from ConStrat's inability to properly manage revenue. Very little room for professional growth, no annual pay increases despite exemplary performance reviews, no loyalty to employees, leadership problems, constant bickering, and high turnover (the best and brightest seem to leave). Overall, the future of this company seems to be quite tenuous at the moment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Transparency. Effective communication is mission critical - not only to maintain employee confidence, but to engender a sense of purpose and a shared vision. This has not happened. Consider raising salaries for employees who have demonstrated loyalty, value, and potential or risk increasingly high turnover. Develop a professional development program for employees to learn new skills.
