Mission and vision great including CEO's approach to growth

    Cons

Some country offices have veterans who have refused grow with times with qualifications that do not meet their current position.

    Pros

-Very friendly staff who are passionate about development
-Need to be self starter and ask for work to do
-Great opportunities to learn about development and get exposure to various campaigns and events
    -Flexible and relaxed working environment

    Cons

The company doesn't have an intern culture, so I had to ask to be involved and get more work to do. Otherwise, I think it's a company with great work-life balance and opportunities for young staff.

    Pros

It's very fulfilling to have some role in reducing inequality and helping the poorest of the poor. And it's very satisfying to be part of a group that are ruthlessly efficient at doing it; in my experience little is wasted and tough decisions are made (not delayed).

    Cons

Salaries aren't great, but if you're thinking about working here, you have a different bottom line anyways.

    Advice to Management

Find more ways to get knowledge from overseas staff into the plans made at HQ.
