Details
Pros
Great people. Management pretty flexible in hours, time off. Decent pay and benefits. They try to do alot of employee bonding events.
Cons
Too many vice-presidents. Seemed like half of the employees had this title. It was also a little too much of the 'old boys' club.
Advice to Senior Management
Empower the staff to do their work without micro managing. Get rid of some of the vice-president titles.
