    Pros

    We I love the customers and opportunity to meet tons of famous people. I never know who they are but the chance. We get meal card so don't have to pay for food.

    Cons

    As a company overall we are short staff. I talk to a lot of people and we all work a lot. 6 days plus same days over 8 hrs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    We need to keep an eye on hrs. and staff levels. We are all tired in Denver. Also call offs are killing some people and no fair to lose PTO.

    - Good work environment
    - Good place for entry level positions to get an individual acclimated to corporate work
       experience
    - Great combination of family and employee filled work environment
    - Customer driven and customer satisfaction focused organization

    Cons

    - Salary Compensation vs. Workload
    - Lack of communication amongst upper management affects the downline of employees at
      all locations
    - Room to grow or promotional opportunities due to the longevity of current employees
      holding those positions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should work on better marketing strategies to increase visibility within their area of expertise along with communicating to the employees the direction of the company, therefore, salaries may be more competitive in the corporate arena.
