Pros

Great IT department that keeps computer systems on campus running smoothly. New facilities and offices recently built. Low staff turnover so there are many veteran lead hands to learn from. There are many different events that one has the opportunity to participate in throughout the year. Concordia allows employees to attend chapel at 10am each day if they wish.

Cons

Departments often do not work cohesively together creating duplication of work. Leadership is not always creative and forward thinking rather very conservative. The Concordia Work-Out centre isn't that appealing or up-to-date.

Advice to Senior Management

Be in touch with your students and accomodate their needs. Prioritize issues that matter to students because they are the customers. "You can do that here" is not inspiring and the commercials lack student appeal.
**Senior leadership members are the last to provide employees with recognition and feedback rather it is middle managers that do.
