    Pros

Salary. Health insurance. Half days on fridays for summer hours. Vacation time. Unlimited sick days

    Cons

Horrible work environment, no team effort, very negative environment, your ideas are not wanted. Alot of harassment by supervisors in certain departments. The HR department is horrifically incompetent

    Pros

Free fruit for the first 5 people per day (out of a company of 200) Free cereal (selection used to be better, but they're cutting the budget) Free beer once a month Free coffee and tea Only standard benefits. Don't expect to get anything extra You get to eat the scraps from the heads of departments every once in a while When facilities orders food for everyone, there will occasionally be enough for everyone. Free dinner if you work 3+ hours of overtime. Location is decent, not as good as the other big VFX studio in the Old Port You get to watch the movies you work on for free

    Cons

Hours are 9 to 6 (1 hr unpaid mandatory lunch) Lots of overtime (production isn't good a scheduling) Too much politics Job security terrible for those starting out Not much opportunity to learn on the job My fiancé told me this job made me a bitter person, lol. I can't say I learned a satisfactory amount on the job Paid parking

    Advice to Management

Quit the BS. Keep your promises. Stand up for the your employees. Quit the drama

    Pros

Very collegiate, helpful colleagues. Lots of opportunity to join the team and feel valued, but mostly by staff, not management.

    Cons

It seems like procedures take precedence over what makes sense. Alot of turnover in staff in Advancement Department. Overall, very easy-going and pleasant place to work.
