I have been working at Concur full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The culture is amazing and everyone is passionate and wants to win together. After SAP acquisition, it will be interesting to see if it will continue. I've been at Concur over 7 years.

    Cons

Change can be very fast and drastic. Re-organizations occur every year. Concur is now an SAP company and it is yet to be seen how this will unfold.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep sharing the vision and leading, the teams are always ready to execute. Be cautions of more org changes until there is more assurance they are correct.

I worked at Concur full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Concur has created an amazing culture over the years and hired very good people across the entire organization.

    Cons

As with any fast growing technology company growth can outpace infrastructure and at times that has happened to Concur.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

With the SAP acquisition it is going to be very important to retain the team and culture that has made Concur very successful.

I have been working at Concur as an intern

    Pros

I joined Concur as an Intern and had a fantastic experience. The culture at Concur is one of a kind. It is a medium sized company with a start-up like environment. Everyone is not only doing their respective jobs, but are constantly working on new ideas and solutions to improvise Concur's existing offerings.

As an Intern Concur gave me ample opportunities to partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization and also gave me a big platform to showcase my internship work. Their internship program is top notch and well rounded. We got to interact and hang out with senior leadership (which is pretty cool!), watched baseball games, had fun activities and also had a lunch and learn series consisting of 6-7 talks from experienced leaders on topics like strategy, innovation, social networking etc. They even had a LinkedIn workshop for interns to assist them in creating an appealing candidate profile.

    Cons

No cafeteria! But, they do get the Peach lunch service, which is great.
