    I have been working at Concur full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Concur is a fast paced innovative company, with great technology, vision and leadership. Sure there are things that need fixing, that is natural for a company that is growing this quickly but generally you are given the tools to fix them as long as you ask. Everyone is busy but there is a flexible work environment, core values are important and you also see the business impact of the work that you are doing every day. On the whole this is a unique company and can be a career center piece for most

    Cons

    Keeping up with the pace of change can be a challenge for some. Sometimes communication around change could be better and the company doesn't always trumpet what it is good at.

    Pros

    Good solution.
    Strong customer base in what is still a niche market
    Good access to marketing funds
    Respect for work/life balance

    Cons

    EMEA market is not well understood by senior management
    Too much emphasis on keeping CRM up to date.
    Limited career opportunities
    No flexible working
    Office is in a poor location

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the local teams - what works in the US market doesn't always work in other markets.
