    ProsConcur is a fast paced innovative company, with great technology, vision and leadership. Sure there are things that need fixing, that is natural for a company that is growing this quickly but generally you are given the tools to fix them as long as you ask. Everyone is busy but there is a flexible work environment, core values are important and you also see the business impact of the work that you are doing every day. On the whole this is a unique company and can be a career center piece for most

    ConsKeeping up with the pace of change can be a challenge for some. Sometimes communication around change could be better and the company doesn't always trumpet what it is good at.

    ProsGood solution.
    Strong customer base in what is still a niche market
    Good access to marketing funds
    Respect for work/life balance

    ConsEMEA market is not well understood by senior management
    Too much emphasis on keeping CRM up to date.
    Limited career opportunities
    No flexible working
    Office is in a poor location

    Advice to Senior ManagementListen to the local teams - what works in the US market doesn't always work in other markets.
