from my experience at Como; I had the best team leader to ever work with.

    Pros

The product is not great, but it has it own potential of being something really awesome for our clients.
Team is nice and some of them actually show talent.

    Cons

Conduit Leadership lost it and basically shows the door to whoever disagrees with it. Industry leaders where let off although good performance and support from the rest of the team.
The higher 10% are currently looking for new opportunities and soon no one will want to join.

    Advice to Management

Too late, I believe it's downhill form now on.
