I worked at Coneco Engineers and Scientists full-time
Pros – Great experience for recent graduates looking to get into environmental consulting
Young and fun work environment
Freedom and variety of projects
Very few unnecessary meetings and overhead tasks - you have a great amount of time and freedom to accomplish your tasks
Cons – LIttle to no female management
Not always enough projects and work to go around
Undesirable benefits and employee appreciation
Pro-profit, not pro-environment
Advice to Senior Management – It seems the business model is to hire recent college graduates and keep turn-over high to keep payroll and service costs low. This is great for recent grads who need experience and can move on, while keeping those that are a good fit for the company. My advice, however, would be to let go of uninterested and incompetent workers. Having these people breeds negativity and lessens productivity in the office.

I worked at Coneco Engineers and Scientists
Pros – They give you enough rope to hang yourself. If you are really good at just keeping your head down and doing exactly as you are told without any independent thought, this is the place for you.
Cons – Poor communication skills by management, poor pay, poor compensation/benefits, bad overall workplace environment.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
