I have been working at Coney Island Hospital

    Pros

Benefit - hence the one star teamwork

    Cons

No advancement opportunities Behavior standards mean nothing to management

    Advice to Management

Value the employees you have, if you feel there is a need for change your current employees will help you achieve those changes and achieve those goals. Putting down and yelling at employees in the middle of your ER will achieve nothing because it is your company you are degrading.
