    Advice to Senior ManagementHire an HR agency. Do asesment of all the employees and allocate work accordingly.
    Hiring should have levels of screening. 1st will be centralised from Delhi where core skills are assesed to see whether a person can join the org. 2nd round should be by dept. head and final by regional leve HR
