    Pros

company Growth. Quarterly bonuses if goals meet. Lots of different positions available in other departments that you can transition too.

    Cons

This office Micromanages at the finest. The PTO accrual is awful, and you cannot take time off without either making up the time or having available PTO to use. They want you to stay home if you are sick, but if you call in it is a point against you and once you reach 6 points you are not eligible for bonus' or to apply for a different position for 6 months.

    Advice to Management

Change the sick policy and reward your valuable employees with better PTO accrual.

    Pros

The pay rate is better than what the company they bought my department from.

    Cons

Client pushes lots of education material for querying but Conifer's productivity standard makes actually querying impossible. You have 15 minutes with a chart - you are not going to spending 10 of them querying. Feels very sweatshop like. Turnover rate is very, very, very high.

    Advice to Management

When you take over a company, it is good policy to acknowledge your new employees by sending an introductory email. In fact, learn how human change management works because you are doing it wrong. Just ask yourself why you have lost / are losing so many employees left and right - employees who were previously with the company for 20+ years, employees that you pay more than the previous company -- why are they leaving?

  3. Big corporation, in it for the money.

    Pros

Decent pay. I enjoy the work though it gets boring at times. They expect you to do more than is possible with the tools given.

    Cons

They are all about saving a buck. They won't let you order office supplies. There is little or no chance of advancement.

    Advice to Management

The local Management teams hands are tied, they have to do what Frisco says....
