Pros – The pay and bonuses are competitive
Cons – The hours are extremely long. Everything is dependent on your higher-level management.
Advice to Senior Management – Better acknowledgement of work accomplishments. Positive and constructive critisicm can work much better than other forms of feedback. Great teamwork
