    Pros

Firm was extremely loyal to employees.

    Cons

Lack of consistancy - decisions varied depending on parties involved. Managers became "hamstrung"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Delegate to people and give them authority to make the decisions, or eliminate that level and manage it instead.
