    Pros

Older support staff are long suffering but very nice. High turnover with new staff,.

    Cons

Older staff are all long suffering with a high turnover rate in the liability division for the younger attorneys who have no mentoring. There has not been a new partner in WPB for over ten years. Lots of yelling by the managing partner.

    Advice to Management

Sugar gets more than vinegar. A compliment and a thank you goes a long way to building morale but this concept has been lost at this office.

    Pros

You get to go sight seeing downtown.

    Cons

People think they can talk to you however way they want. There is no respect or dignity found in this place.

    Advice to Management

When you all start treating people with respect, that's when your turnover rates won't be so high.

  6. Good Experience And Pay Initially, But Move On After You Get The Experience You Need!

    Pros

If you are an employee new to the workforce, you can gain valuable work experience here. Pay seems good initially. Good resources are available, especially in the Hollywood office. Fun social events. The firm is financially prosperous. If you are a good employee who meets or exceeds the firm's performance criteria, you will get competitive raises.

    Cons

However, with every raise, comes a substantial increase in your performance criteria which continues until it is not only unconscionable, but also unethical, as stated in other reviews. The firm will then "max out" your pay but continue to demand that you increase your performance criteria each year thereafter. You should take your experience and leave the firm long before this occurs. Working at the firm will place a significant strain on your family life.

    Advice to Management

    Read and heed!

    Pros

Nothing, unless you are a family member.

    Cons

They have other employees training other employees and the pay is demeaning. You get yelled at as employees and job threats if you get sick or need to go home early. There is no leadership, the HR department is run by a previous receptionist. Family members get special attention and are granted as much time off as possible. They also get special privileges i.e they come and go as they please.

    Advice to Management

    Get a new one!

    Pros

You can gain valuable legal experience at Conroy and the salaries are competitive with similarly sized law firms. Also, you will have client contact.

    Cons

The firm is essentially a mill. Billing requirements quickly become absurd. There is an obvious culture of putting money over clients and employees, which is ultimately hurting the firm.

    Advice to Management

Reconsider your priorities. Great lawyers put their clients first always and as a result make money.

    Pros

Only Pros are the associate attorneys are terrific and very knowlegdable.

    Cons

Ridiculous billible hour demands. The harder you work and the more you bill management is never satified. They take advantage of their best workers. The office manager in the Orlando office is horrible. If you are one of her many family members that work there you get all the benefits. And if you are not family that is unfortunate for you because she will constantly harass you.

    Advice to Management

Get a new office manager for the Orlando office before she runs off all the dedicated hard working employes.

    Pros

I do not recommend working at this firm unless you are related to the Orlando administrator. A lot of nepotism.

    Cons

Nothing. This place is the worst company to work for and management is horrible at doing their job. Do not work for this firm.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff members. And help them make their position a positive and somewhat enjoyable.
