Details
Pros
Very experienced attorneys that share knowledge. The firm has attorneys that practice in every field of insurance defense so you can always consult among them to obtain their insight as to how to address a particular situation.
Cons
Ridiculously high billable hours, expected to work on the weekends although no one will ever come out and say it.
Advice to Senior Management
It's adequate.

Pros
The people. Good people work here and are talented. The cases are challenging and interesting.
Cons
Somewhat volatile. Not a place for a "sensitive" person to work.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat employees with respect. Yelling and screaming does nothing to solve a problem.
