    Work outdoors, lots of out reach for young adults, education in recycling and conservation, looks good for future jobs and school

    Hard physical work, early mornings, low pay, dirty jobs

    Work outdoors, Constantly interacting with the public, lots of out reach for young adults, education in recycling and conservation, Flexible schedule

    Cons

    Lots of overtime over summer meaning weekends are pretty much nonexistent.

    Increase pay rate so theres low turn over in employees
