    Constellation has an amazing work environment in the heart of downtown Chicago. The people are incredibly friendly and hardworking. I learned a lot from my internship there.

    Constellation got taken over by Exxelon and they went from constantly looking for employees to having no open marketing positions very quickly.

    Great work environment and training. Many perks offers during outages.

    Not for people who don't enjoy a good walk from parking to the job site. For me the long walk was a nice start and end to the day.

    Flat leadership structure, above-average comp, flexible work hours, opportunity to be promoted internally, flexible approach to work, senior leadership is with in reach for exposure and networking

    Cons

    Not all departments are as good to work in, Bonus structure is a little behind the times, no increase in PTO until 10+ years with the company, policies are not well documented, HR moved like a turtle
