Extreme waste. Uninvolved owner who is not atuned to his employees or company. Owner relies on middle men for most communication. It's all about making the owner money right now. Future is not important. Company reputation is not a big concern. Company is extremely disorganized. Frequent meetings are not productive. Dishonest practices are accepted here. Advice to Senior Management

The problem with this company is too many people are doing jobs that do not suit their personality, interests or talents. Senior Managment are in an impossible situation as there is no one in the company who offers the kind of leadership expertise the company requires.
