    Pros

Travel benefits, great coworkers, flexible schedule and easy to trade off shifts and pick shifts up.

    Cons

Benefits became increasingly expensive each year. It takes several years to make good salary. Limited career mobility outside of hub airports.

    Advice to Management

    Shouldn't have merged with United.

I worked at Continental Airlines full-time

    Pros

Alot of flight time, travel experiences, and great benefits! Not to mention decent pay, see the world, explore destinations, and get paid for it!

    Cons

Far away from home, home base and seniority make growth in the company very slow paced. pay only began when the cabin door closed instead of the moment you get on the shuttle or arrive at the terminal

    Advice to Management

Well not much now, they've merged with United Airlines, I wish they had invested a bit more in cross training
