Pros
Flexible work schedule allows employees to enjoy time off to travel or engage in other pursuits. Great travel benefits for employees and family
Cons
Ramp work involves heavy physical labor which would be the case at any airline. Outdoor work in the elements year round.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to communicate with the work groups, reward individual effort and eliminate employees that fail to put effort into the operation.
