    Pros

Good working culture, clear processes and responsibility in most of the fields. Friendly and mostly competent colleges companywide. Quite good IT infrastructure.

    Cons

Crowded and noisy offices. Incompetent middle management. Diverse workload in the same position. Trainings just for the employees "who has time". No carreer possibility except Germans and Chineses.

    Advice to Management

Leave some profit at the production plants too! The cost saving in customer contacts and machinary means extra costs later on.
