I have been working at Continental full-time

    Pros

Laid back place to work for the most part and the pay is average for what you do. Free ice and coffee in the break areas.

    Cons

Too many managers. Need more recognition and incentive to some of its dedicated employees. Rotating shift schedule for production workers.

This company seemed to really take care of their employees in everyway. It was great working for the North American HQ because of the flat management structure and great employee benefits.

    Cons

The department I was working for was still developing, and it showed. Training was not fully thought out and the department did not function as well as it could have.

I have been working at Continental as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone who works here was very helpful and committed to helping interns settle in and learn the ropes. There is a system in place to maintain relationships with high-performing interns, with the possibility of a job offer out of school. Intern responsibilities are usually relevant to the field of work, rather than performing menial tasks, and managers are happy to explain the way aspects of the corporation works.

    Cons

Managers are usually pretty busy with their own work, so there are occasions where intern work may not be immediately assigned.
