I have been working at Continuous Computing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

good product company, small teams, flexibility, Good work, Pays decent salaries..l

    Cons

HR is doing pathetic admin job of arranging flowers...there is absolute no HR fundamentals with the team. No career planning, no proper appraisal framework.

No parity in salaries, it all depends on how you negotiate at the time of joining.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get some better quality HR professional who do little more quality work than acting like secretaries..

I worked at Continuous Computing as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Good foods, company arranges for team outing also.

    Cons

Lot of pressure from management on project timelines. Too much firing without giving any warning. Too much politics. even if you talk any personal thing in team , few team mates will share those things to upper management. work judgement is very bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees as a human. Don't hire employees if can't afford.

I have been working at Continuous Computing full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

For those looking for good stack development and deployment experience, this is a good place to be. Due to its small size, people who are relatively young get exposed to reasonably good work.

    Cons

Continuous Computing had a good work culture. But lately, especially after being acquired by Radisys, it seems to have gone downhill. It is mimicking most other big service oriented cultures such as tracking swipes etc. Internally things are getting very disorganized too, with a lot of churn in the workforce etc.

    I worked at Continuous Computing

    Pros

the only thing that can be called an advantage here is that of technical work but to be honest the other things are so bad that it would be better off not to go for just work alone

    Cons

Absolute liars: promised work from home facility during interview and later said no.
promised a technical manager and actually hired an equivalent of rickshaw puller with not just apalling technical skills but also extremely poor communication skills
there strategy is to have 2 folks doing work of 10 individuals. Absolutely mismanaged company. I think it's better to go for some big product based company with some properly defined processes than this cesspit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

no advice as they are doing this intentionally and there objective is to take back hefty salaries and roam around in chaueffuer driven cars and this is only possible if they keep doing what they do.
