Unfortunately CCC has been a victim of California budget cuts and furloughs were implemented. No opportunities for pay overtime

The management is so screwed up and non communicative that it is challenging to stay positive. The office is also very understaffed.

Talk to the attorneys on the frontline and use their feedback.

The nurses and providers there are great people to work with.

Cons

Per diem cma's can only work up to 1600 hours in the county unless offered a full time position. No benefits for per diem employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep the per diem cma's up to date on their hours so they can be ready when they have reached their 1600 hours with the county.
