Pros

It is an okay place to start. Plenty of projects to learn management and technical skills. There are really some good knowledgable employees at job who can be good mentors.

Cons

Sweat shop. Process improvement options are very limited. Growth is very slow. Culture of appreciation needs a lot to be desired. There is no work and life balance

Employees should be encouraged to have a work-life balance. Also, managers at the upper levels are more of a paper pushers and they need to be replaced with young blood with fresh ideas

Salary is descent.

Domination of local guys- AP guys. Always talking in Telugu (even in meetings) .
Filthy guys staying for years together. Not good for other state than A.P. guys.
