Pros
Peopl were really nice and cooperative. I was able to learn a lot from other people who came from different educational background.
Cons
will not prefer to work in night shifts and sometimes work pressure is too much to handle. So there should be some balance between work and refreshment during night shifts.
Advice to Senior Management
Management should interact more with employees and they should make team of people complimentary to each other to provide more motivation.

They pay less but you get good outlook of a program or process..

The process of doing business is outdated and there is no Buy-In from employees for any change. E-Sat is showing a downward trend.

Get back to "People First" ideology

Not the best pay master for Technical guys
Major inmportance is given to US guys and Indian employees are treated just to fill up the useless jobs needed
Most of the applications are legacy ones which can make you outdated technical guy once settled for long
Lot of politics going around and Indian management will be just like following the orders of Us counterparts but not acting anything in Proactive.
Hard to get a promotion/recognition and rediculous reasons will be given when asked for poor performance rating.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop following US counterpart orders and be proactive from your side to gain bussiness, you got a very technical guys and and can use them in building applications right from scratch.
For GOD's sake have some training session on latest technologies, all the time I see is training about same old topics from past three years!!!!

Don't bother. You will lose your jobs soon.

Open, friendly, dynamic, lot of opportunities to learn and grow professionally and personally. Great company and awesome set of people (management and staff) to work with.

Sometimes takes long for Operations and Human Resources to see eye to eye on topics such as salary compensation, hiring & firing employees.
Advice to Senior Management
They're doing a great job. The company is healthy and the people are happy. Most employees don't know the senior leadership team that well, so more face to face interactions would be nice to have.

Good for telecom billing domain. Not really aggressive for getting clients. some good products but the pricing, marketability/sales i guess is a problem.

Need to improve on market capture; add more clients ...

Need to change a lot of managers; need some managers with go getter attitude ; technically savvy and zeal for people development
