    Pros

    Good money and training. Learned alot and meet some great people. Had a chance to work on a few clients so learned ins and outs.

    Cons

    Downsizing happened far too often, if you weren't in the clique you were let go. Without warning you lost your job, same people, same results.

    Stop playing favorites.

    sometimes PMs may not understand their role and push their responsibilities to the PC

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Inform PC of the cons but to use to their advantage versus complain, or give the employee a 6mo review for a raise.

    Good benefits and starting pay, good vacation time, some people are offered the opportunity to work from home for some positions

    Cons

    Make changes all the time without thinking of repurcussions to other departments, NO communication between departments at all and even within the same department, no appreciation of employees

    Some are good, others need to show their employees appreciation every now and then

    Convergys has a lot of clients and can easily be transferred to different department without your knowledge. Management is like a dictatorship

    The tuition reimbursement is good to have, along with advancement from with in.

    Cons

    There is a high turnover rate, and at times, expectations are not always set nor information is always past on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hiring better quality of agents who work in the call centers. Call centers have a horrible reputation.
