    Pros

    Learning AT&T procedures for troubleshooting and customer service.. In 6 months, you can move into another position. Health and dental are available before 90 days, and you can see what your check will look like on Wednesday (Payday is Friday).

    Cons

    Weeks of training, and switching from a.m. to afternoon times in training. About halfway in (5 weeks), the morning schedule will change from 7a.m. to 3 p.m. -11:30. The evening class will have your morning shift.

    Keep one set schedule and create an increase in pay.

    - Time off system is reliable, very structured world.
    - Facilities aren't bad
    - Benefits were respectable

    - Immediate Leadership is clueless, upper management doesn't help/train well.
    - Next to no upward mobility, at all. Some with 10+ years of service not given opportunity to train or grow further.
    - Complete lack of employee empowerment

    Pros

    They had a lot of employee appreciation events and really made sure you enjoyed your job. They also had GRADE A Training programs.

    Cons

    The healthcare benefits were not the best. Sometimes there wasn't PTO able to be taken when you wanted it, because of holidays or such.

    Clean environment, decent pay, good benefits.

    Cons

    Little advancement, high turnover, no opportunity for raises, too many people, felt like there were not enough people working in our department so we often had to work hours we didn't want.

    Pros

    $10/hr, discounts/perks program save money on movie tickets, don't have to pay to park, free coffee, hot chocolate, water.

    Cons

    Can only go down the stairs. My project has stricter dress code policy, no flip flops we also have to dress up once a week.

    As incentives to keep employees innovative motivate us by rewarding us each time we get a positive survey. 10 cents or more extra permanently added to checks vs free candy on Fridays would be wonderful.

    use your own imagination, if you can think of something bad about your previous companies, then it will most likely apply here too. Enough said.

    Learn to care about your employees more, and don't just treat them as another number. No wonder just 1 ACCOUNT had a turnover of 300+ people within 6 months. I quit because you guys don't care. I might have stayed if you did care about your employees!

    Everything. The TLs don't help, the OMs don't care. It's all about meeting metrics. You're sick and have no voice? Sorry, take the point. They deny all your PTO.

    Pros

    None that I can think of except being paid slightly more than minimum wage and not being on unemployment. The only benefit we have is not working on the weekends.

    Cons

    Many The management clearly only cares about themselves and not the employees. The negative and stressful things are overly emphasized, and bonuses and other incentives so drastically cut they are hardly worth mentioning. This is a job you just suffer through for a paycheck and not much else.

    The employees are treated like dirt, we are always the last to know about everything, The HR department is useless, the managers push all responsibilities off on others so they do not have to do their own job, people come and go because the stress is high, the salary is low, there is little incentive to do well, they only focus on the negative, a toxic and fear driven environment where everyone is pushing their responsibility off on others and not even doing their own job while our department has more responsibility than ever and no more pay. I would not recommend this to anyone. The management if they even acted remotely like they cared about its clearly expendable employees it would be an improvement.
