    Great benefits, incentives, 40+ hours, over-time available

    Cons

    Most of the employees are drug addicts,`the TL's think they are too educated and all but show up on stlmugshots.com twice a month. The customers are very rude as are the managers. Very dirty workplace.

    Watch who you hire! Stop hiring drug addicts before you land in another lawsuit and go back to professional attire.

    Working from home save on gas money

    Cons

    Micromanaging there no fault policy expensive benefits they will listen to every call first let me say this I don't have an issue with the call listening but when you have 3different people telling u 3different things You're are bound to make mistakes they dont care make sure youre internet is reliable its not going to be because its technology some one can run into poll outside and its not your fault but you will be punished pay attention to your training class and see how many are still there after 2 mnths on the production floor after training is over this is one of the worst jobs I've ever had run don't walk n dont look back!

    Get better training longer training, especially for the At&t project stop throwing your reps under the bus and punishing them for things they can't control

    I really can't thing of any except that it is a job

    Cons

    too many performance evaluations, you are expected to be flawless, even when you're following the book, your call can still be downgraded for not "thinking outside the box", you is imperative that you transfer calls that you should not handle but expect a write up for transferring too many calls that's beyond your control, I don't have the time or space to finish this

    Job is simple. Management a bit more relaxed.

    Cons

    Noisy environment, rude coworkers, internal tools reduced because of contract (no email, notes, or communication of any kind). Continues to see outstanding performance, and not increasing salaries, even though it's expanding the contract.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Larger raises, performance based, than people get now. Raise the salary cap as well. Get SOME form of internal communication system going rather than having to let announcements go by word of mouth only.

    Pros

    Great customers to talk to.
    No script.
    Very friendly co workers and Trainers.

    Cons

    Old Building.
    Mandatory Overtime.
    No flexible Schedule.
    Cant use PTO whenever you'd like.
    Health insurance too expensive ... anywhere from $85-260 PER CHECK for 1 single person
    Power hungry team leaders
    Abuse of point system... Although we were allowed to use up to 12 attendance points, I had a couple of Team leads that would purposely place a point for no reason, they would never get it fixed or ask you to talk to an OM in which they may or may not do so.
    Complicated phone system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Purge all of your current team leaders that are power hungry and don't know what they're doing and hire new ones that are willing to help out their agents!

    Pros

    Good Compensation, they also have good benefits. Nice clean work environment. Currently acquiring more position so 6 month out looks promise growth. International company rank second in service provider

    Cons

    Work can be time consuming and your personal life can sometime take a heavy hit. Sometimes upper management have a aggressive interaction with manager causing discontent and lack of engagement
