    Pros

    Great benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K. Eligible for full benefits at 32 hours minimum per week. Flexible hours depending on which project or product line you work for.

    Cons

    The average or mid range pay rate is only 10 to $11.00 per hour.
    This is a call center that focuses on numbers and statistics, not on the individual employee.
    Very high turn over rate and Low morale.
    Employment at this company is more of a stepping stone to bigger and better things, rather than a career stop. Very little opportunity for significant advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Company needs a cultural change in the manner in which middle management deals with employee performance concerns. Threats of being written up are usually the first reaction by management to correct performance rather than positive and constructive feedback.
    Middle management and supervisors should be chosen based on their ability to interact in a positive manner with those they lead and should be trained and provided with the skills and tools to properly motivate and support their teams and make them feel like they matter.
    It would be more cost affective to the company to find better ways to hold on to their good employees rather than constantly training new ones.

    Pros

    Training is somewhat easy
    Benefits
    co workers are cool
    my TL cared
    pay is decent

    Scheduling is terriable no work/life balance
    Management doesnt have a clue what they are doing
    Can be ratchet and ghetto from time to time

    Advice to Management

    Need more orginization nobody is on the same page.They also need to lead by example they say no cell phones on the floor but TL's walk around talking on thier phones or looking at videos on them all the time. My training class started in Nov and had 26 people in it, I only worked there six months and it was only 6 people left from our class. I see why this company has such a high turnover rate because they are so UNORGINIZED and favor others when it comes to scheduling

    Pros

    The people I've been in training with have been awesome!

    Cons

    Pretty much everything else. Broken promises seem to run rampant here.

    Pros

    The position allowed you to work from the comfort of your own home, great company benefits, and direct deposit paycheck every 2 weeks with signup bonuses.

    Cons

    The training for the job was poor, some of the trainers were not cooperative and especially depending on your performance. The job description didnt state there would be a number of irrate customers calling in.

    Pros

    They have a casual dress code and not too hard to get a job. A good place to start a career.

    Cons

    The pay was very low. High turn over. Lots of young people. Sometime employees can be unprofessional. Not conveniently located.
