    Pros

    They were a good company. Benefits with medical, dental, pto after 3 months.

    Cons

    Systems problems were frequent, trouble shooting alot. Stressful at times with that, however, if did get paid while in wait mode until either solved or allowed to leave without pay

    Pros

    I liked working with the customers they were for the most part very friendly. I was excited to see what vacation I could book for them each day.

    Sales is very competitive and sometimes can get a little stressful.

    Excellent Customer service skills reporting/escalating issues. Effectively communicating verbally and listening skills. Strive to meet highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues in professional and timely manner. Probing and problem solving skills. Proficiency with navigating through multiple systems.

    Pros

    Work at home environment. Great Training Freedom to work from the comforts of your own home.Enjoyed all the support and helpful coworkers.

    Cons

    The only problem is the wages are extremely low.. You must provide your own high speed Internet and cumputer.Had to go out to buy a scandisk upon starting the job

    Management is very understanding and helpful.I appreciate the efforts they all try to help anyone if needed. Great hire and on boarding process.

    Pros

    A lot of tools to assist in driving efficiencies and followup. size of the company does give the sense of more stability.

    Cons

    Talk about the importance of people but actions don't effectively demonstrate caring at even the most fundamental levels. VPs and SVPs focus on what hasn't been achieved versus the glide path to success.

    Advice to Management

    Don't assume the team leaders and operations managers are the root of the employee satisfaction problems and any inability to sustain performance. The poor behaviors often observed, are often a result of the poor behaviors of the leaders; VPs and directors. It is unfortunate so much talent is being pushed out under the pretense of that's what it takes to improve performance. Recommend you look at those VPs that are protecting their butts by sacrificing those below them, and also treating people like an endless low value resource. Likely at least half of your attrition and performance problems lie here.

    Builds great experience to find a better paying fit for you.

    Cons

    Pay. $40k salary for working 50 hours a week.

    Advice to Management

    I know we're an outsourcing company, but job needs to start at 48......minimum and that's still too low.

    Great benefits, fun environment, great people and managers, fun work that is always changing, availability to move up and try different programs

    Cons

    In office work, means a longer commute that I am used to. I would prefer a work at home position and will continue to apply to those on the site
