    Pros

    Work from home position

    Cons

Hourly pay very low, training does not go in depth, and too many system issues.

    Advice to Management

Fix system issues, develop a better training program for future employees, and raise the hourly rate for work at home employees who have to provide their own laptop, headset, use drive, and Internet service.

    Pros

work at home, work as much OT as you want, many opportunities to move depts with in company.

    Cons

they will tell you fixed schedule to get you in the door, then you'll find out its "semi-fixed" which isn't fixed at all. Mandatory OT could have you working 9-10 hr work days. You'll be lucky if you get to days off in a row, or sometimes in the same week. Your supervisor changes about every 2-3 mo.

    Advice to Management

Pay your US employees more if you want the to put up with your scheduling demands.

    Pros

I enjoy working with agents that chat in with me with issues with their service. They chat in very up set, and not able to help the customer with their issue. On a daily research is requied so that I can educate the agents on has to be done in order to resolved the customer issue.

    Cons

The down side of my job is if the systems go's down I will not be able to help the customer with their issue.

    Advice to Management

I talk to my manager all the time so that I can keep up with the changes and new projects that we might have coming to our company. I always happy to help anyone that needs my assistance in solving their issue.

    Pros

$10/HOUR. Everyone receives breaks and lunches. Schedules are flexible.

    Cons

Must share desk and headsets with others, which are quite dirty and dusty. You do not have your own desk. Team Leaders are not quick when asking a question about an account, even when a customer is on hold. TL's also get upset when you ask several questions. They do not start well under stress and frequently yell across the room (customers can hear this on the line). Overstaffed. Workers are often sent home earlier w/o pay, thus shortening checks. Certain rules are not always enforced with everyone b/c TL's are sometimes bias and show favoritism. Also, different TL's have different rules regarding what to do and what not to do on a call. So if you switch teams, even though you are handling the same calls and customers, with the same company client you may receive an "autofail" on a quality of a call b/c the new TL does not allow that certain thing to be done in that matter.

    Pros

Great money can be made if willing to work a lot of hours or do overtime. Facility was nice. Training was great

    Cons

Schedule is not flexible. Shift can change every 3 months. Mandatory overtime before or after shifts and cut lunches. Vacation can be accumulated fast but it's hard to use it during the weekends. I once took off three weeks in a month to use my vacation that I knew I would loose but had to come back on the weekends because it couldn't get approved for me to be off.

    Advice to Management

Management tried their best to help. I believe it was further that really need it till take a look at their employees who were stressed out and also managers were stressed out

    Pros

You didn't have any assigned seats. They gave out prices as incentives.

    Cons

You couldn't find any team leaders when you needed them.

    Advice to Management

When it was slow some of my co-workers and I liked to knit, it didn't bother anyone and I still had good stats and yet team leaders took that away. The incentives let us earn little candy and they got upset with us for having it sit on our desks.
