I worked at Convoy Financial Services full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The company culture is fun, and the people are all friendly and willing to help with any questions you have.
    Working hours were very flexible.
Training provided was comprehensive and included a lot of sharing from higher ups.

    Cons

The company had no physical shopfront in which customers could just walk. You will be encouraged to try cold calling, but warm calling is the only viable method to stay in the business.

People are very willing to share their experience and ideas due to the business model of this company - the minimal internal conflicts of interests!.
Also, the company has a very young atmosphere. Lots of outdoor group activities and gatherings.

    Cons

The quality of people can vary, and it depends heavily which team you are located in, sometimes the difference can be huge.

    Pay is completely commission based
You get docked pay/asked to pay money if you're late to work/other work related events...but you don't get paid a basic salary so this was unfair in my opinion
