The company provides great opportunities in gaining further understtanding of the oil and chemicall indsutries. Field sales provides great support and always willing to work together to define customer requirements.

    Cons

There is a tremendous amount of projects with very limited resources. Engineering staff is small considering the revenue demands. Building is old !

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sr. management nees to take down barriers and take some risks. Hire necessary support to develop products.

I have been working at Cooper Crouse-Hinds

    Pros

A solid company that compensates well.

    Cons

numbers oriented public company. Layoffs are by department not based on performance or even common sense sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your "A" Players. Sometimes losing a little money now to make more later MAKES SENSE... but perhaps not to indifferent shareholders, hence the problem of any public company.
