ProsThe company provides great opportunities in gaining further understtanding of the oil and chemicall indsutries. Field sales provides great support and always willing to work together to define customer requirements.

Strong company that pays well, but won't value you properly

    Sourcing Specialist (Current Employee)
    Syracuse, NY

ProsA solid company that compensates well.

Consnumbers oriented public company. Layoffs are by department not based on performance or even common sense sometimes.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep your "A" Players. Sometimes losing a little money now to make more later MAKES SENSE... but perhaps not to indifferent shareholders, hence the problem of any public company.
