    Pros

Tons of hours and plenty of money. Definitely paid pretty decent.

    Cons

No time for a life. And unless you brownose your way around and get in good you'll never be picked for better jobs. If your great at your job then you'll never get away from it. Smart but a hinder to personal growth.

    Advice to Management

I can only say there are some really awesome people there that do a great job and then there are a bunch pompous fools that are completely out of touch with reality and have zero people skills.

I worked at Cooper Power Systems

    Pros

Unless you spend a lot of time there, I do not see much of a professional growth. This does not apply to the parent company "Eaton." They tend to pay quite well.

    Cons

The type of work you will be doing is far from what the job description said. The experience I received there was basically useless.

    Advice to Management

Please list the actually job description, please.

    Pros

    - You'll never run out of work - Great team to work with - Lots of locations around the country

    Cons

    - Your extra work will not be appreciated. - Too large; one business under the Eaton umbrella is always doing poorly, which places you under a travel restriction quarter after quarter.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate what your employees do a little more
