“worst experience ever”
Former Employee – worked at Copa Restaurant
Pros – very laid back, no long hours, good music not stressful easy job nothing to do owners are never around to care
Cons – No communication what so ever from owners to staff, they make decisions and never communicate it to staff so you cant give good service no respect from owners and always get paid late
Advice to Senior Management – Take managing courses because everything is done wrong learn customer service skills keep some inventory in the place and keep the place clean
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Cons – Nobody does anything at work
