If you like the industry, if you like hard work and rewarded when you think out of thebox to find solutions for clients.

Cons

If you don't like to get dirty and work in a dusty place, if you are after money and wants to be rewarded it is not a place to work, stingy company treating the employees as they are treating their clients: get the most out of them at the lowest price. 5 employees started while I was working they all have been fired or quit because hey could not stand the massive micromanagement and constant harasment.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop controlling and micromanaging employees to a point where it absolutely dismotivate them and makes them loathe the job, you're getting the worst of everybody.
