    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Coppermark Bank as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Executives meet with everyone from lenders to tellers. Easy to find mentors. The top people in the bank are very down to earth and nice. Very good culture and teamwork. They frequently place very high in the Greater OKC Chamber of Commerce's Best Places to Work.

    Cons

They probably don't pay quite as well as larger banks like chase or bok. IT stuff is out of date (computers, software, internet, etc).

    Advice to Management

    Improve computer systems

    Current Employee - Bank Teller
    Current Employee - Bank Teller

    Pros

The salary as a teller is better than most of the other banks. There is not much of a sales culture as there is with other banks.

    Cons

There is not much growth opportunity at Coppermark. There is a high turnover ratio, and communication with other departments can be aggravating.

    Advice to Management

There should be more of a development program for employees looking to move up within the bank. There should also be better communication with each other.
