Pros
The team is a bunch of highly skilled professionals. Great balance between work and life. Flexible hours. If needed - allowed working from home.
Cons
Was a period of incompetent middle management that was completely counterproductive, and made many people thinking to leave the company. Thankfully it was solved.
Advice to Senior Management
Be careful with new hires. Amateur marketing does not help company’s image.
Pros
Great atmosphere, always pleased to help or to make life easier. Pionner on the WAPM market. Most talented and friendly people I ever worked with.
Cons
Timeframes we sometimes have to work on can get supa tight. And it's never easy to find time to train ourselves on new technologies.
Advice to Senior Management
Take the need for training and personal fulfillement of your employees into account. Give them room to work on personal projects during their working hours.
Pros
excellent place to work at. good atmosphere, room for growth, impressive client roster.
Cons
the company needs to embrace where the shape of the industry is going more quickly.
Advice to Senior Management
keep on doing what you're doing.
Pros
Friendly and helpful co-workers, some use of innovative and promising technology.
Work with some very brilliant guys.
Very nice offices.
Cons
Erratic and confused management , bleak future since development is stagnant and the domain is fast-paced and difficult to find a good solution. Attempt to use new technologies without analysis, hence tasks that should take 10 days, 5 days are given to accomplish. Low morale.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop waisting resources on insignificant projects and features. Just stop for a while and try to develop interesting ideas with the employees all together.
Pros
Very Interesting work, as you get to see how many different types of companies do business over the Internet.
Ability to work autonomously as well as make an impact to a growing organization.
Solid product with very few problems in comparison to other companies of its size.
Good Pay to boot!
Cons
It is still a small company, and people who come from large organizations often get culture shock if they aren't a self-starter.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing what you're doing!
