    Pros

2 computer monitors, updated equipment, very clean environment, HR on site.

    Cons

No cafeteria, supervisors/managers are biased to current employees and view a situation as one sided.

    Advice to Management

Be open to hear both sides before making a decision based off of others.

    Pros

Flexibility with schedule, Good ESPP plan, expensive decent healthcare, good dental and life insurance.

    Cons

Lots of secrecy, large gap from top to bottom, lack of continuity, lack of investment to get where CoreLogic needs to be, "do more with less" is the motto, but expect it all

    Advice to Management

Insensitive Hard Work, promote more from within, interact and collaborate with all the workers, increase the salaries of your mid tear employees that deserve it.

    Pros

Company Car, Expenses, Lunches, no office environment but work out of home.

    Cons

Long drives to different Cities. Usually no more than 1.5 hrs. Company is not well outlined for the size of the company. Small room for growth or creativity. A bit shady in procedures for getting information that is not company policy.

    Advice to Management

Conduct better training seminars. Have real goals for advancement.

    Pros

    - Good benefits (401K, stock purchase plan, holiday/PTO, medical/dental) - Employee appreciation events - Effort is made to make changes to improve as a company (but for changes to happen it is very slow process) - Many great people to learn from but requires being self starter - Very flexible with time off requested

    Cons

    - Compensation not comparable to other similar companies - Large workloads and see previous statement - Big division between management and worker bees - Need to update technology and make work processes more efficient - Slow if not low probability of career advancement

    Advice to Management

Compensate those who do the job well so you don't lose them and learn to evaluate workers on merit not seniority. Look for current employees to train to fill higher positions instead of bringing in outside talent. Spend money to improve technology and cut some of the red tape needed for almost every process to see some of the desired changes in a more timely manner, it will help your workers and help your bottom line.

    Pros

Job security for all who are even halfway decent. No major layoffs recently. Decent health benefits. 401k match and ESPP.

    Cons

Working with mediocre staff, leveraging synergies is the new hot phrase to let everyone know you are gaining a new work assignment on top of your already full plate. Poor documentation and management oversight of processes.

Great environment, can't speak too much to the details of employment as I was there only for a summer. I will say that I thoroughly enjoyed my time at CoreLogic and had great interactions with upper management.

    Cons
