    Pros

    Great people, good location, new building, flexible hours, good salary. Very good culture and environment. Local management was fair to the employees.

    Cons

    A little too much control and decisions made by the home office.

    Pros

    Free coffee and sometimes free food.

    Cons

    Favoritism, no room for advancement. Don't expect to have a job if you're out on STD. Company could care less about their non-management employees. Good work goes unrecognized. Not open to new ideas. You get looked at as if you're invaluable.

    I worked at CoreSource full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Benefits were in line with other companies.

    Cons

    There were multiple issues going on and unfortunately none were positive.
    - system migration caused internal and external issues
    - management did not have a clue about processes and would not face up to the problems the migration caused
    - long term employees turned against one another
    - unpaid overtime was an unspoken requirement (not divulged during interview process)
    - lack of training across the organization

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management needs to take accountability and work towards a solution rather than stay in a state of denial. The Tinley Park office had a very hands-off and severe leadership deficiency.

    New building. Dress down Fridays.

    Cons

    Everything else! Management is a horrible, open door policy a joke, tons of lay offs, they cant keep contracts. Most untruthful company I've ever worked for! Do the job of three with no compensation. Overtime is never ending. Hiring freeze so don't even try to take a vacation day!

    face your problems. Learn some people skills. Listen to employees, were the ones to keep you company afloat.

    small work place, where you get to know your co-workers, fun and happy people.
    Director and Supervisor are supportive and pull their sleeves and work right along of you when needed.

    Cons

    Salary is on the low side compared to case management positions in the area

    Multiple areas of employment and ability to move to different positions

    Inability to move up the ranks once you reach a curtain level.

    Need to utilize valuable employees to the highest level. Take care of valuable employees instead of pushing utilization of said employees beyond tasks and keeping them from furthering their careers

    Pros

    Benefit time is generous, nice clean well lighted new building, supplies needed materials to adequately perform job, located on outskirts of city.

    Cons

    Quantity is more important than quality of work, Favoritism is extreme, pay rate is poor, open door policy is a joke. Give more & more work, rules & regulations with little/no compensation. Expect 1 person to do the work of 3.

    Stop the favoritism. Hire people for their qualifications not their "yes man" skills. Try not to make your employees into automatons that are not allowed to think or act for themselves.

    Pros

    They have a competive medical benefit plan for employees and 401k with matching funds of 3% and they offer vacation time.

    Cons

    company is not making a profit and do not compensate employees, eliminates many positions within the company excepted the remaining employees to do more work then possible.

    Back to basics with customer service and employee apprecation, focus on training employee on the lastest health technology and health reform act.
