    Pros

    allowed employees to work flex hours and transfer to different office location if there was an opening, or you could stay located in your location and work for another location due to all offices being on the same system "Power Step"

    Cons

    not a lot of advancement opportunities or staff was promated without other staff knowing the position was available. this was at the michigan office prior to being purchased by Coresource

    Pros

    Not much good to say about it. No reason to work here. Hope you don't have to.

    Cons

    Spend your life trying to deny people coverage. The company exists primarily as an obstacle to deny people's health insurance claims.

    Advice to Management

    Company probably shouldn't exist at all, or shout at least find a better model for making money.

    Pros

    Free coffee and sometimes free food.

    Cons

    Favoritism, no room for advancement. Don't expect to have a job if you're out on STD. Company could care less about their non-management employees. Good work goes unrecognized. Not open to new ideas. You get looked at as if you're invaluable.

    You reap what you sow.

    Pros

    Benefits were in line with other companies.

    Cons

    There were multiple issues going on and unfortunately none were positive. - system migration caused internal and external issues - management did not have a clue about processes and would not face up to the problems the migration caused - long term employees turned against one another - unpaid overtime was an unspoken requirement (not divulged during interview process) - lack of training across the organization

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to take accountability and work towards a solution rather than stay in a state of denial. The Tinley Park office had a very hands-off and severe leadership deficiency.

    Pros

    Great people, good location, new building, flexible hours, good salary. Very good culture and environment. Local management was fair to the employees.

    A little too much control and decisions made by the home office.

    Doing a good job locally.

    Pros

    New building. Dress down Fridays.

    Cons

    Everything else! Management is a horrible, open door policy a joke, tons of lay offs, they cant keep contracts. Most untruthful company I've ever worked for! Do the job of three with no compensation. Overtime is never ending. Hiring freeze so don't even try to take a vacation day!

    face your problems. Learn some people skills. Listen to employees, were the ones to keep you company afloat.

    Pros

    small work place, where you get to know your co-workers, fun and happy people. Director and Supervisor are supportive and pull their sleeves and work right along of you when needed.

    Salary is on the low side compared to case management positions in the area

    New Building, Nice lunch room.

    Cons

    No regards to your personal life, penalized for using sick time.

    Advice to Management

    Horrible, play favorites, care less about their employees, open door policy is a joke, harassment is tolerated!

    Pros

    Multiple areas of employment and ability to move to different positions

    Cons

    Inability to move up the ranks once you reach a curtain level.

    Advice to Management

    Need to utilize valuable employees to the highest level. Take care of valuable employees instead of pushing utilization of said employees beyond tasks and keeping them from furthering their careers
