    I worked at Coreobjects

    Pros

    Variety of projects.
    Exposure to new technologies.
    Some good people.

    Cons

    Operationally deficient.
    Processes across projects is nonexistent.
Opportunities for growth are smoke and mirrors.
    Internal projects are half baked.
    Reputation with clients is atrocious.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just admit you're a body shop and run it like a professional services firm instead of a startup incubator. Get rid of management personnel that are incompetent. Have real leadership instead of just Engineering Managers.

Usually townhall and meetings are conducted by management to convey any message or change . Its a good practice. Transperancy is there to good extent..Open Culture.

    Pros

-It works with start up companies. So you get to work on different projects and will gain a lot of knowledge.
    -No service bond

    Cons

-No brand value. No one in the world except its employees know about it

-Company is stagnant. It was started in 1997 and till now just has around 300 employees.
    -Marginal/Zero increment
-The salary is below the industry standard
-No work life balance. One is asked to work even on Saturdays and Sundays
-The managers are very rude and treat the employees like slaves
    -Unrealistic deadlines
    -Coworkers are not helpful
    -No cab facility
    -Lunch is awful

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-They should tell the employees about whatever you don't like about them instead of just passing on the reviews to HR.
-They should be friendly with the workers
-Adequate training should be provided to people who are new to the domain and have not worked on it prior in their previous companies
