    Pros

50% discount on a meal if you are working
The other S/A's and rest of crew are pretty cool
    The food is delicious.
Cross-training opportunities for other positions, i.e., cashier, expo.
They train you for barista too. Everyone has to know that.
Very good at working with schedules though, they try to be flexible and understanding.

    Cons

If you're an SA, you are basically upkeep. So, you serve orders but you also are constantly cleaning. Sweeping, cleaning windows, wiping and refilling condiments and beverages, cleaning restrooms, etc.
Even though you're cross-trained, you still keep the SA title.
It's also quick-service. You are constantly in speedy motion.
Sometimes the managers breathe down your neck.

    Advice to Management

Beware of micromanaging; it's very very bad and annoying.

    Pros

this place was a good full time place to work easy nice work load alright pay.good chance at working many stations.

    Cons

going from full time to part time was bad they go from giving you alot of hours to no hours in the matter of a week. you go and tell them you still want to work and they give you 5 maybe 8 hours a week not worth anyone's time then act surprised when you put in the two week notice. they want you to help around the store but then get mad cause you doing stuff they told you to do but are not trained for cause they didnt train you??

    Advice to Management

if you want some one to help out more train them first then ask for extra help dont take it on on staff for no knowing how to do stuff you didnt train them for.

    Pros

Great Staff, Helpful Crew Members, 50% Discount on food during work hours (20% when. not working), Great food

    Cons

Too much needs to be done in little time.
Shifts aren't proportioned well, meaning the staff needs a steady schedule, because sometimes there isn't enough staff working, or there are too many people there, so things can't be done in an orderly manner.

    Pros

Good pay rates, good hours (sometimes)

    Cons

This company does not care at all about the well-being of their employees. They only care about the almighty dollar.

    Close this company.

    Pros

The food is great and you get 50 percent off by working there.

    Cons

The older managers notice hard work and hound managers lean towards favoritism on who makes them laugh and can goof around with. The front side are usually younger people working while in the back there are older people working. Older ladies tend to talk their gossip about everyone there, it can be a soap opera in that place, so much drama at one point.

    Advice to Management

When young managers get promoted, training has to make sure there isn't favoritism and notice the hard work that every individual puts.

    Pros

Flexible schedule, great people, amicable customers

    Cons

Poor management, high turnover, high stress, high school mentality environment, management is more concerned about numbers than their employees

    Advice to Management

Acknowledge your staff. Show them that they are appreciated instead of just constantly demanding things from them
