Cons – Closing and cleaning at the end of the day takes a lot of work and starts from the beginning of your shift to the end of your shift.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more willing to hear employees thoughts or concerns and treat them respectfully and professionally.

Pros – Steady job, if you have an opening shift you can still have an afternoon open for family and friends. Good food and decent benefits.

Cons – long days 11+ hours every shift. No quality of life. Upper management (RD and up) don't care about your family or personal life.

Advice to Senior Management – If people are truly the base of your brand pyramid start acting like it. Start recognizing and rewarding people for their hard work and dedication. Motivating by telling people how bad they are doesn't work.

Cons – Expect to work long hours in very busy stores. At the time I was working there, the bonus structure was getting harder to achieve.

Advice to Senior Management – I hope they look into the bonus structure and a better POS system.

Pros – Learn a lot, Great experiences, no late hours. Very responsive upper management. Highly demanding, but if you put up with the ridiculous demands and requests of you, there is opportunities abound.

Cons – A lot depends on your supervisor, there are a few bad GM's. If you get lucky and your GM treats you right, it is an awesome company to work for.

Cons – Customers in that part of town where ridiculously demanding, management changes to recipes only made matters worse.

Cons – salary, there is very little room for growth. management would try to get the most out of you

Pros – You get free drinks, half off food, even when you bring your family on off days. Since I was hired for a new store opening, I received great training. The hours go by fast if you work with a great crew. Most of the customers were awesome to interact with.

Cons – The managers often micro-managed, which is very annoying, it seems as though you have to work there forever for promotions.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop the micro-managing and let people do their jobs. Have a clear career path for moving up in the company.
