    Pros

Very nice people and they are really there to motivate you in all areas.

    Cons

They are not very honest about the work that you will be doing.

    Advice to Management

Let people know in the beginning what the job entails. Some people do not have the time or money to waste on frivolous interviews.

    Pros

It gave me some experience to get where I am now.

    Cons

Minimum wage or commission. They sell you on the idea of boundless opportunity and ownership in a year or so, but there is almost no shot of getting promoted out. Hours are terrible. Working in sam's clubs many hours a week selling products that you don't believe in. No Heath insurance or benefits. Brainwashed and treated as a commodity.

    Advice to Management

Salary employees with commission. Reduce turnover. Stop with the "well wouldn't you rather pay someone based on how hard they work?" Fire them if they don't produce.

    Pros

There really aren't any pros to this company it is a scam. Nothing about it is what it appears or states to be. For example the don't want brand ambassadors but there are ads for them. They talk out of both sides of their mouth.

    Cons

They lie in the interview about the hours and the pay. There are constant mixed messages about what is expected. Motivate thru fear. There is no growth potential just promises but in 2 years they have never managed to promote even 1 person to assistant manager let alone ownership. Turn over is excessively high. Employees must earn days off by submitting goals mutually agreed upon in order to have a day. There are excessive calls and meetings which are required but voluntary. Content is repetitive and inaccurate on almost all levels. It is not marketing or advertising at all. They post numerous different positions but there is only one entry level. No one ever makes it past leadership. There are no benefits at all, pay and hours fluctuate drastically. Days off are are taken away with no notice. You are expected to be available at the owners whim. 24/7. Almost Everyone quits with no notice. The owner does not know how to talk to his employees and belittles them in front of their colleagues. There is absolutely no work life balance just work. This job is like a cult

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to employees there are reason everyone quits and is unmotivated the job cannot consume ones entire life. Stop lying and making promises you can't deliver

    Pros

Watching the faces of the representatives for Cornerstone Events, Inc.’s clients break out in smiles when they see the positive results from our consumer outreach campaigns never gets old. They sometimes can’t quite seem to believe how large their return on investment was or how much measures of brand loyalty have increased. Their pleasure and enthusiastic thanks are why we work so hard when planning and carrying out branding initiatives.

    Cons

Success has become a habit at Cornerstone Events, Inc. This puts more than a little pressure on team members to produce great ideas and deliver excellent service, but seeing our efforts pay off makes it worthwhile.

    Advice to Management

Everyone at Cornerstone Events, Inc. should have the chance to sit in on a campaign analysis with clients. The great reactions are truly rewarding.

    Pros

No Pros. You would make more waiting tables. There is no chance for advancement.

    Cons

They market this job as all kinds of things that sound exciting, but there is only one position to fill: to be the annoying person at Sam's trying to sell things. They interview anyone. They lied to me multiple times. They said id make $1,200 every two weeks at empty level. Doesn't that sound high? Yup. It's not true. They pay minimum wage for full time employees and you get commission off sales. The $1,200 is a ridiculous number that they made up. They made it sound like to me that I would be a Brand AMbassador that they'd be training to become a manager, so they could expand. This is false and just another lie to make the job sound better. They're essentially liars.

    Advice to Management

Stop the lies! Tell the truth about your job and what it pays. You're selling a dream and taking advantage of eager people.

No pros this place was a scam.

    Cons

The hours are bad, the pay sucks, and everyone they hire they give the title of manager to. How can you have a company full of managers? Who are we managing!

    Advice to Management

Tell people the truth of what they will be doing in the interview. Stop lying and maybe your turn over rate won't be so high.
